Wonderful gentleman Henry helped me listened to my concerns and what I wanted...he had excellent customer service..think I found my new nail place...

I had the pleasure today to listen to an employee snore while having a nap. All while I got the most lack lustre service. If I wanted Johnson and Johnson baby lotion slapped on my feet then wiped off while listening to a man snore i would stay home and do it myself.

I always get my eyebrows done here but I don't think I'll be back after tonight. The lady working was very unprofessional. She was distracted by a little girl, maybe her daughter or relative while she was applying the wax. I was terrified she'd bump her or cause her to mess up, could even be a danger to the kid because of hot wax? My eyebrows did end up being very uneven which I wasnt happy about but I understand eyebrows are tricky and mine can be difficult. What infuriated me was that she was using me as a table to set her tools and wax strips on. As I got up I noticed there was a strip stuck to my NEW sweater and leftover wax residue. I pointed it out and she then proceeds to rub oil into it! I went to the restroom to clean and dry it but a stain remained. After my sister had her eyebrows done I went to pay for both but asked if I could get a discount because she stained my sweater. She was incredibly rude and wouldn't really acknowledge my dissatisfaction, it wasn't until I asked to speak to a manager that she took my eyebrow wax off our bill. Even after that she was just nasty, unapologetic, and unwelcoming.

I went to get my bails off and the lady just literally ripped off my fake bails with another nail never have I ever had that done it was painful and I would not recommend them at all
