Pretty standard prices for a great service. There is always starters discounts and it is fairly simple to get a membership. really clean gym and positive atmosphere is really nice. They only have one bench press set up which can be difficult if you go during the busier hours but overall a really nice set up. Compared to a lot of the other choices in town this is ideal for casual or beginner users. There is probably a lot more here that I don't even know about yet.
The facilities are clean, staff is friendly and helpful..overall a great place to get fit
Love it , there is always equipment available to exercised , the place got renovated and open September 2019
Open public swimming pool available regularly , love the friendly atmosphere. :).

Very clean facility- super impressed! Staff were extremely helpful. Small pool, but more than enough for the need that I had. Thanks for welcoming me as an out of province guest :)
I was excited to join the new facility and after being members for the last 6 months and paying the already pretty high rate for 5 family members they put the price up to a crazy higher payment. Adding 40 dollars more on a membership is outrageous. Not impressed about how they handled existing clients.
