Love the workout at Chilliwack 30 Minute Hit! Sandrine and her team really push you to do your best and burn the max in just 30 minutes. The tunes are pumping and the ladies are all very encouraging. And really, it just feels amazing to take it out on the bag 🥊👍 And with a free trial, you've got nothing to lose!

Amazing workout the best workout you can get I love it and it's only 30 minutes you burn massive calories build muscle get toned your never bored and it's self defense all rolled into one amazing trainers always there for you 😁🥊❤️️💪👊
