i Love working out at Orange Theory. When I started there a year ago I was so out of shape and heavy. I still need to work on losing more weight, but I feel great and love how I feel confident about tackling physical things now. Their heart rate monitor and technology of monitoring your progress is amazing. Knowing there is science backed behind it allows me to push myself beyond what I would have. I would highly recommend Orangtheory Chilliwack, its a positive environment, clean and well worth the membership fee.

I love the concept, I just went in today for the first time and I loved it. The trainers were very nice and helpful. Furthermore, the washrooms and the workout area are very clean and meets my standards well. Overall, it is a good place But, in my preference, they should have some hip hop and rap music to listen to while exercising.

Just joined here. Excellent work out, all staff here do an excellent job. Gym and change rooms very clean and well maintained

Great classes and great coaches however very pushy sales people.. i had to block their number as i would get multiple calls & texts about getting a membership. I won’t do drops in now either because i was feeling very pressured, just a big turn off for me.
