The best Yoga and natural health center in Chilliwack. The moment you walk in you can feel the positive energy. The owners are so sweet and humble. Its always sparkling clean. What I like most is that they offer all kind of healing services, meditation classes and also yoga. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Wellington Natural Health . Super clean environment. Feels very calming and refreshing. I attended a swing yoga class. The instructor was very welcoming and supportive. I also love the RMT Stephanie. She is super knowledgeable in treating the areas I need.

So far I've really enjoyed coming to this place.. Reiki, and reflexology I've done both I highly recommend, I'd like to get a massage and do yoga but in due time.. They even do nutrition and so much more... All in one place kinda place Very warm and inviting place.. The design is so calming Very beautiful

Upon walking inside I felt a sense of calm. The high ceilings, essential oil selection and minimalistic decor made the space feel zen to me. I was welcomed with a warm greeting from the owner and then was taken down the hall by my therapist Stephenie. The massage room was nice and cozy with soft music playing and a perfect temperature throughout. The initial intake questionnaire with Stephanie and the rundown of my service was the most thorough I have ever experienced. She made me feel at ease in this new space, comfortable with the service she was about to provide and she made sure that I knew I was in control the entire time that I spent in the room, which made me relax even more! My session was really good and she used different techniques than I've had before, along with some relaxing at the end of my session (Shavasana). There is so so so much space in this building that I cannot wait to book more services here! This is your ULTIMATE WELLNESS spot, tucked away in the quiet, old downtown of Chilliwack.
