Best hot yoga options - there are so many different classes and teachers it is well worth the time to try them all and find what works best for your body. I'm not into the fitness classes at all, so at least this location has lots of non-fitness options too!!

Olivia is super sweet and an amazing teacher. My back felt so much better after her stretch class!!

The deep stretch and relaxation class with Mary is my absolute favourite. Her tone of voice is great for a relaxing experience. The heat in the room combined with the length of time the stretches are held for, really help me.

Love oxygen yoga and fitness. The classes in the infrared sauna are just so relaxing. All the instructors are amazing.
