The staff are always very friendly, the gym is always clean, the members are great and there is a great variety of equipment. By far best gym in town 🤩

I attended this AF a long time ago, it actually had a lot to offer. The reason for 4 stars is because it was leg day and I normally start my exercises with heavy leg press then move onto squats, the leg press was missing one of its attachments to the upper part of the leg press to allow more weight to be added, I asked and only got a short answer. I haven't been there in forever but I hope that the piece is back, leg press is a great exercise. Vedder Anytime fitness location on sardis side.

The Chilliwack location has an amazing team working there to support the people training there. Quick response to any problems people may have at the gym and they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The crowd that works out at the gym may look intense, but they are all actually very friendly and talkative too. Facility has protocols for Covid-19 and most of the people respect it. Many sanitized wipes available and enough equipment to keep the whole crowd happy. Would recommend if you're looking for a beginner - expert gym location if you live in Chilliwack or even if you're on the go with a anytime fitness membership.

Was trying to get information regarding full membership pricing through a phone call. The fella I spoke with was not interested in hearing my needs. Rather he continually shifted the conversation to another location. Despite me telling him location wasn't an issue. I felt as though he was determined to micromanage my wants in this conversation. All I wanted was to enquire about membership purchase rates as I am out of town. As soon as I told him this he informed me i could not pay on line, (which i never inquired about) and once again I was shifted to the other location. I just wanted the rates so I could send her the funds. Highly frustrating and unfortunately lost business for them. If this is how they conduct business, they will not have ours. Anytime fitness. ..I DO NOT WANT TO PAY ONLINE!!...nor did I ever want to!!! I WANTED THE RATES FOR FULL MEMBERSHIP SO I COULD SEND HER THE MONEY TO PURCHASE THE MEMBERSHIP HERSELF, AS IT IS A GIFT.... THE AMOUNT TO SEND HER IS PARAMOUNT INFORMATION. . Why are you having issues understanding this?

Friendly, great support. Music is mostly computer canned so it gets a thumbs down.
