I always used to be hesitant to go to any yoga studio because I am cheap. But this place is worth it! It is a beautiful space that provides a restoring place to practice yoga. The moment I step into that place, I feel calmed. The teachers are also amazing, and while I highly recommend all of them, Erika is my favourite.

Beautiful space + wonderful teaches

From the moment I walked in the studio in January 2018 Crystal & her team made me feel welcome. My experience with all the instructors is that each & everyone offers insight into myself...I find myself discovering that I can be open to new & challenging aspects of yoga, baby steps as it may be. I find myself finishing one class & anticipating the next ! I was fairly new to yoga & I am inspired by all the people who share their mats with me each session I attend. Some are new like I was, some are not. To me this is nothing short of AMAZING 🙏 Sue M.
