We recently bought a new home and wanted deadbolts installed. What I didn’t realize is that the home already had them installed. I must have changed my original work request four times before settling on what we needed, and Charlotte was both patient and helpful with each call I made. The day we moved in the locksmith arrived at the scheduled time and did all the work needed, including installing a much nicer replacement door handle for our front door. He even even repaired a faulty door handle on a different door. The service was excellent and the employees I interacted with were all super-friendly!

I was surprised by how quickly they were able to make it out. While I know this must not always be the case, I phoned in to get my locks rekeyed, and the locksmith was there in under half an hour. The locksmith (Reid) was fast, professional, and amiable. Would happily call them again for any further locksmith needs.

Great customer service, diagnosed my key fob problem and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend if your looking for a locksmith!
