Courteous service. Well organized. Clean bathroom. Clean theaters.

We were initially concerned with the logistics surrounding attending theatres with COVID-19 going on. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the how few people were at the theatre. Protocols involved sanitizing before entering the building and assigned seating. Available seats were 3 seats apart from other seats and the rows directly in front and behind the available seats were omitted from selection to ensure compliance with social distancing recommendations. Staff came in to sanitize the area shortly after the end of the movie and attendees were asked to remove all garbage when leaving the theatre. We were one of two couples in attendance for our screening and essentially enjoyed the theatre to ourselves. Big thanks to the staff for helping us feel comfortable/safe.

Everyone was social distancing. Few people in our theatre. Easy entry with pre purchased tickets. Popcorn still good.

Getting an early viewing of Sonic the Hedgehog was awesome. Cast mates that are interactive and pleasant without the overwhelming false cheer was even better. Professional and attentive staff. And at the end of the night, popcorn fresh and flowing. Detail in cleanliness, I can honestly say this is the first Galaxy Cinema that I did not have to wash sticky shoes...Well done Chilliwack!
