I came to this location to pick up some supplies to ship a parcel and i found the woman who was at the postal counter to be quite rude. She seemed annoyed that i was there, which i understand right now is an extremely busy time of year for them and they probably have better things to be doing other then helping someone buy postal supplies but still... overall i was just very disappointed with my experience
They always delay my packages 1-2 extra days. Useless
I’ve never received a package here, but I’ve sent many as I live just around the corner. Generally, I send about one each week. I’ve always had fast service and usually decently friendly, and I’ve never dealt with lazy staff. The staff seems competent and do their job just fine. All of my packages got shipped out fast and arrived on time. I have no complaints.
Although I've never had an issue with the people. They have always be very polite to deal with. It's Canada Post. All my orders are way past delivery dates. They constantly mess up. And nothing is done about it. Something needs to be fixed about how things are done. It's clearly not working. If you can't do your job right, don't do it. Or start training people properly.
I always have no issue here the staff are always friendly and helpful!
