Don't ever deal with this crooks!!! They are making an appointment and never show up and if you will try to reach them on the phone they simply hanging up the phone.... Never apologize and extremely unprofessional!!! They don't worth even 1 star.....

I had a two leaks in our commercial property and asked them to see if they could come same day to look and repair the leak. They said they would call me back and see if they could send someone out right away. Then I started calling other people in the phone book to see if I could get anyone on site. They had staff just suddenly show up, after I already had someone else commit to showing up. Poor communication on that part. However, they apparently repaired and left the building, didn't tell anyone they were done. Next day, its leaking again, and I called them back to see if they could repair it, told me it was a weekend and the rate is $500 which is overtime rate to repair a repair they made yesterday that obviously was not successful doing. I would rather call someone else and pay that same $500 rate if I had to. If they didn't do it right the first time, why would i pay them again, and double to possibly have another failed repair. If the roof was not repairable to begin with, then they should have let me know. Again I'm not sure, but for sure I'm not using them again.

Had a roof leak in Nov 2014 called these guys and they were prompt to attend to the issue. There quote for a new roof wasn't the cheapest or most expensive. Andy was very good explain things in a clear and easy to understand. They did a great job installing the new roof and kept the area cleaned. I've recommend them to someone else already and they were impressed. Would use them again for sure!

My gut feeling was don’t hire them, just something don’t feel right about it, and I was right,! They Left all the debris and garbage in my gutters, 2 sky light without flashing covers and so it leaks in the bathroom ceiling and cracked the ceiling gypsum boards, one ridge did not have moisture paper Overlapped and I can light through the gap, when they worked in the backside of my house during heavy rain without properly covered it flooded my atV room, luckily that I’ve discovered in time. It took me over 7 month and complained to the BBB to maked them corrected it, what a hassle!

They're not the cheapest, but as they say "you get what you pay for". From start to finish,- a job well done. I'd definitely recommend Arbutus to my friends.
