I simply can't state or express enough the satisfaction I had when dealing with Roy Dennis Roofing. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a roofing company, by a long shot. I was in a serious jam with sudden water pouring in through a failure on my roof and within a couple hours they were able to scramble a crew to me. Dean was my first point of contact and the level of care and detailed explanation of what was happening and what he did was informative. Every single question I had he gave me the time of day, whether it was in person, via text or a phone conversation. Dean was attentive, accessible and beyond respectful to the process and made an otherwise devastating and stressful situation… a pleasant and comforting one. Dean’s demeanour and knowledge instilled confidence this problem would be fixed. Shayne was beyond fantastic as well. I called Shayne multiple times over a couple of weeks with numerous questions and he had the patience and consistency to answer my call every.. single.. time. He gave me the time of day to have a conversation and to hear my concerns or questions. I find that very rare in this industry. The point of contact and customer service was top notch. I thoroughly appreciated everyones hard work and level of knowledge. We were in the right hands with Roy Dennis Roofing, I’ll be referring all my clients their way and I’ll never contact another roofing company again.
