I have only had 3 sessions and I can see a very noticeable reduction in hair growth. Sonja is an excellent technician who is very knowledgable and understanding. The clinic is very welcoming and the high level of privacy is comforting. Jade Electrolysis has already helped my confidence and provided me with a solution to an aspect of my life that greatly impacted my self esteem.

I have had a few sessions now and really see a difference. Jennifer has been great with all the treatments and has been honest about the timeline, sessions required, what to expect and what exactly the treatment involves. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. I’m so glad I found Jade Electrolysis. The result have helped improve my confidence and not feel as self conscious and bothered by visible hair growth. They literally ask people for good reviews! Sonja asked me for it but too bad the service was not what I expected at all. After few visits all I'm left with is the scars on my left side of face and no difference in hair growth. My last visit was horrible. I'm now scared to get anything done on my face after this experience. So on my visit few months back Sonja suggested freezing with needles as I was quite sensitive and in pain. I was skeptical but she managed to talk me into it. Never told me that she will be charging me $20 EVERYTIME she'd inject me plus the $95 for the bottle of freezing agent. I ended up paying $480 for only a little spot treated on my left side of face. Not even the whole area I wanted work done on. It had happened every other time too. She could never get the work done. And always charged so much for it. I'm so disappointed with myself for making the decision to go with Jade Electrolysis. People always told me they're super expensive. I should have listened because now I'm left with a scar on my face. Also after the last treatment I stayed frozen for 2 weeks in that area. I was so worried and scared. And informed Sonja but she kept saying it'll go away and not to worry. How can I not?! I finally took professional help and was told the person injecting has gone too deep in the layers of my skin. Also Sonja never checked back on how I'm doing either. That's how concerned they're about their clients! All they want is money! I'd would suggest to do your research and look at other options before even thinking about these guys!

I've been in for a few sessions so far and am very happy with my results. I've tried a few other hair removal places before and this place is faster, more efficient and effective. The interior is very clean, so you can feel comfortable knowing its sanitary. My technician is a very understanding person who is delightful to work with.

I'm so happy to have found Jade Electrolysis. All my life I have been embarrassed about my facial hair and now it's almost gone! Just a few more treatments! Jade is a clean, professional environment and the technicians are friendly and quick to put you at ease.
