NAZ's Pharmacy Newton (Surrey)

Service is good, but prices aren't. Costco is atleast 25% lower for exact same medicine (name brand or generic).

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I initially had a prescription for cambia ten packets at the guilford location and paid 26 dollars (naz pharmacy) I had 2 refills on the prescription When I finished the first prescription I had it transferred over to newton (I live closer to the newton location) When I talked to the man on the phone he told me that it would be the same price $26 which I had initially paid for the first prescription. I had my girlfriend Go to pick up the prescription and they tried to charge her $50 which is just under double the price. I have never been so angry in my life, They literally tried to take advantage of my girlfriend and steal my money Do not go to this place, they will overcharge you and try to steal your money any chance they get I’m disgusted.

Six months of in home medication management for my elderly mom - wonderful staff! Pharmacists were all were readily accessible by phone/email for frequent changes and questions, and worked hard to keep a complex medication regime running smoothly. In home nurses were sweet, caring and patient. A great service.

My wife and I have been going to this Pharmacy for quite some time now. It works out for us as this Pharmacy is on the way to both our works. But lately things have gone downhill since the new pharmacist Jesse showed up. She is very rude, never smiles and is always condescending to people making them feel that she is in charge and that they should not question her actions. Initially I thought maybe she was just getting used to the clientele and maybe that's why her actions were like that. But then it started happening Everytime I or my wife went in there. We were told by other patients that they had the same experience with Jesse. And that a lot of them have switched pharmacies. I feel bad for the rest of the staff there as they have to deal with her attitude and mood swings on a daily basis. We will be switching pharmacy and feel bad that all that revenue is going to be gone from Naz pharmacy to another pharmacy. I hope the owner makes some changes soon or I am afraid it's downhill from here for that location. P.S as of June 1st 2018, The staff at Naz pharmacy has improved steadily. The pharmacist in question has been replaced and the new pharmacist Simran is really nice. He listens to you and shows you his genuine concern. I am happy to take my business back to Naz pharmacy.
