My indoor-only cat escaped and managed to get stuck on the roof of my building. The dispatcher was very helpful and assured me that help was on the way. They responded within 5 minutes of my call! It was amazing to see the crew in action. They treated the situation like an emergency even though it was a cat. I will be forever grateful for everything these amazing people did to ensure the safety of my little baby girl(cat).
