Emerge Fitness Studio

I've been going to Emerge for over a year now and I have to say it's such a welcoming place. The trainers are so friendly and knowledgable. You'll get great workouts and also be apart of a wonderful, supportive community. Small group classes and all levels of fitness are welcome. Truly a gem of a gym!

Great staff and awesome workout facility

I have participated in an exercise program at the studio on Thurs evenings.The facility is well equiped,clean and spacious. A wide variety of exercises challenges not only our bodies but our minds. Our instructor is knowledgable and provides a number of alternate ways to do each exercise. She is encouraging and always checks to be sure we are doing everything correctly. If you forget how to do something you just have to ask.
