The instructors Romeo and Hannah are amazing. They make you enjoy a lot. The sessions are beginners friendly:), the experience on the whole is amazing.

Great place for the whole family. Memberships are a little too Pricey for a non profit place. Especially adult membership for those who using only gym facilities. Nice if they charge more reasonable. And need to clean the children’s area and gym more often. We would appreciate cleaner gym and equipment. Staff is good, especially team on Sunday for children drop in

The Y has entirely lost the family first appeal. Recently attended and spoke with GM who was indifferent to my frustrations about their over zealous return to “normal” safety protocols and inexcusable full price charge for a massive reduction in services and inconvenience of new online booking criteria to simply work out. For an establishment that’s suppose to be a charity, the Y has no business charging 2-3 times the price for a simple gym pass. Vote your dollars somewhere different where long time loyalty and customer first service are still standard practice.
