Bit the bullet and took Coach Brittany's "6-Week Challenge" in January 2018...and have never looked back. Outstanding coaches, very welcoming (but appropriately competitive) environment, phenomenal member athletes to work out with...I went from a 252 lbs., horribly out-of-shape couch potato with a 40-inch waist and a cholesterol load that was just waiting to take me down to a 217 lbs., weight-liftin' aficionado who feels cheated if I don't get 5 workouts in during the week. My very reasonable monthly gym fees are the best $$ I've ever spent, I swear...

Looking at the wonderful 5 star reviews, I decided to check out this place. Day one was brilliant. Next session was good as well. But, afterwards, the time and date I was suppose to come in, Josh cancelled 2 hours prior informing me that he had booked another client at the time. I wouldn't be upset if I had enough notice. I altered my schedule with my employer so I could go and workout by getting off early since I wanted to focus on my health. Why was I not informed earlier when we had set the day and time 4 days in advance? Why is another client more important than me when I already had a booking with Josh? I really do not appreciate businesses that do not appreciate their client's time and value. Another thing, when you drop in for your first session, you are told it is a consult and they will test to see where you are at, etc. When you think consult, usually you wouldn't think $. Anyways, but first 5 or so sessions are supposed to be one-on-one sessions with a trainer and there is a charge for that. Please say that up front on Day 1, which would be ok and I see why these one-on-one sessions are so important. I just think you guys can gain a lot of traction if you improve staff training on being more proactive while communicating with your clients. If your clients are reaching out to you for a workout, which means they are very serious about getting healthy and fit. You guys just don't cut it for me! No one likes being stood up on.

Excellent coaches and staff with great workout programs. Gym has nice group of friendly and motivating people. Definitely a full 5 star.

I joined in mid April to participate in the 6 week challenge. I was a little nervous to be honest. All the coaches there are amazing...so helpful & encouraging. I love the challenge! Not only for the workouts but Brittany goes beyond to be sure you understand the nutrition side of things as well. I've now completed my challenge and decided to continue with them. If you are considering starting a workout routine, I would highly recommend them. Great atmosphere! Great results!

The coaches here are amazing. Encouraging and don't let you get away with slacking. Great team atmosphere!
