Love how you feel after the class which is extra special because of all the motivation from the people participating. The weight lifting part is so good for arms. It's very addictive and makes you want to go right back again! Very welcoming to let you freshen up to go to work too. The cold towels feature very pleasant aromatherapy. The staff are so helpful to get your feet hooked into the bike pedals too and it's nice being certain which bike number you assign yourself to.

This is truly my happy place! The staff, owners, and instructors are so amazing. The studio is always clean and has a great energy. I would highly recommend trying a class if you have not had the chance yet!!
