Great Gym in Surrey. Very large space and so many machines to work out. Customer service is very good, always friendly. Especially, I like classes here. Peter, the trainer, is very knowledgeable, motivating and patient. He helps his students get the best of each exercise. I am excited to learn more about fitness from him at PF. Thank you Planet Fitness and Peter!

The staff are pleasant to talk to, very friendly and helpful. My first time there was a brease. They clean often and ensure everyone is keeping up safety procedures. The space is large so social distancing is so easy.

Love this Gym! It has all that we need for the membership price. Staff are all friendly, eager, and ready to answer questions or assist with technique. During these tough Covid times the staff strive to maintain a clean and harmonious environment but would like to see that the MEMBERS take some respnsibility to clean and respect shared equipment. Special shout out and thanks to Dante and his great team !

Great place to work out great staff just need a little bit more equipment

Not a bad gym, has decent equipment. But, extremely rude and arrogant staff. If you ever have to ask them anything, they act like they don’t even care about giving a decent customer service experience to their clients. I just cancelled my membership today just because how rude one of their stuff members (I believe his name was Peter) was to me. Even when I cancelled, he just acted like he didn’t care at all about having my business in the first place. My friends who work out there have had similar bad experiences with the same guy as well. They are now planning on canceling their memberships as well but, I am sure the staff at Planet Fitness wouldn’t care about that at all! They are just there to fill in their hours. There are cheaper gyms out there with way better customer service!
