We moved from Ottawa, Ontario to Vancouver, BC. They provided an excellent service. Sara and her team are very professional and answers all my queries promptly. They moved 3 bedroom stuff and delivered with no damage. The delivery was done a day ahead of scheduled delivery. The service provided is beyond my imagination. I paid for storage also until I get my house in Vancouver. They surprised me when I receive call that they will refund storage amount because they did not us storage and kept stuff in truck itself. Extremely highly recommended

In the industry that my wife and I both work we move a lot. Over the past 3 years we’ve moved on average 2 twice/year. We have dealt with several moving companies and I can honestly say that Great Canadian Van Lines is second to none. From the first call all the way to move day. This was a major move for us and after careful consideration, we chose Great Canadian Van Lines to move us from B.C to Ontario during the height of COVID-19. We needed to ship two cars as well, which Great Canadian Van Lines organized for us with Livingston Transportation which also gets an honourable mention here. GCVL organized 4 men to look after our move out and 4 men to move us into our new home. The one constant individual was the driver Sean, the leader who not only did the drive across the country but was tasked with disassembling and reassembling our expensive Martix Elliptical machine (which we paid for in advance). My one recommendation to GCVL would be to make sure that this individual was qualified to do this. As it turned out, Sean wasn't able to successfully reassemble our machine, so we had to organize another company to do this. GCVL took full responsibility for the error and quickly reimbursed me in full for the additional work done. Back to the move in. It was a scorching hot day in July and everyone powered through it graciously. A special mention and thanks goes to Sean who has an amazing work ethic! GCVL actually went out of their way to get our delivery date shifted two days earlier which was amazing! So yes, we highly recommend GCVL for anyone needing a long-haul move. Considering the pandemic, our move was stress-free and on time with NO Damage.

I am very pleased with Great Canadian Van Lines. Kathy in the Surrey office was very thorough in her questions for me and I feel she went the extra mile to get my goods onto a truck from Vancouver to Toronto as quickly as possible. The driver was very polite and carefull the packing and unpacking. It was very reassuring to me that the driver was the one familiar face. There was no damage to anything shipped and everything arrived as it should. I can highly recommend Kathy, the driver and Great Canadian Van Lines.

Great Canadian Van Lines and their associates moved my furniture and other household contents from Ontario to BC in Aug 2020. I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. They were very responsive and professional with regard to my questions and concerns, and readily offered a $300 discount when the delivery was delayed by a week. All my items arrived in excellent condition and were well packed and protected. Price-wise, I obtained 4 quotes and theirs was the most competitive and offered the best insurance coverage as well. I highly recommend GCVL.
