John Q Moving

John and his assistant, Chris, were simply amazing. They coordinated with ABF Freight, which moved our household goods from the U.S.,and also through Canadian Customs, then moved our things from Surrey to Vancouver Island. John was helpful every step of the way, keeping us informed, and arriving on moving day right on time. He and Chris took a lot of care loading and unloading, and generously handled every special request and favour we asked for. Kudos and thanks!

These guys are excellent, they were fast they were efficient and fair. On a tough job with two flights of stairs to the top floor not one wall was damaged. Very pleasant to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys to my friends and family.

John Q Moving was amazing from start to finish. We are a family of six, and they moved our belongings seamlessly. John was punctual, organized, decisive, efficient, hardworking, super friendly, communicative, and there were no surprises. What struck me as well was the level of professionalism and even cleanliness; the moving truck was sparkling clean—which was something I wouldn't normally expect or look out for but couldn't help notice! It just made you feel like they really take what they do seriously and want to ensure that your belongings were protected and remained clean during the whole process! He had all the tools available to make things go smoothly. Finally, the pricing was very reasonable, especially when we compared it quotes we got elsewhere. Definitely will go with this company again in the future if another move comes up!
