Its the best of the best hotel ever been before its not fancy but the great service

I work all over Alberta and spend more nights in hotels than my own bed. Comfort Inn and Suites Bonnyville is by far the best. The ladies upfront are super helpful and pleasant. What you get for the price is unparalleled by any. Every morning a breakfast bag is prepared for me to go to work that I have not seen anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond during Covid to still provide excellent service aswell as maintain safe distancing and handling. The only hotel to stay at in Bonnyville in my opinion. Keep up the great work!

Covid has changed many things. The room is nice, pet-friendly. There was a lot of dried mud prints in the halls and the one working ice machine was on the third floor and we were on the first floor. Skeletal staff, so waiting for assistance and the keys kept not working, even though there were two of us. Very annoying. The fridge also didn't get very cold.

For a 2 star hotel the room is not bad at all. The service staff have not given me a problem yet. The internet had not given me any problems yet. There isn’t any noise at all. The breakfast sucks. Room service is sporadic

Great place to stay. Very good breakfast with variety of food everyday. Excellent place to stay. Accommodating staff. Great location. Very clean rooms, bathroom. is its a perfect place to stay in the area. See them next week
