How do you hire a company that is terrible to their employees. You don't pay them for their time worked. You claim that they only worked 7 days but instead they really worked 9 days. Paying cash under the table is considered outlawed in this country. Treat your employees with a little respect please. They have families to feed as well! Just because you can intimidate your employees doesn't mean that they don't have a right. Its Vietnam. Its Canada. Expect work safe to be looking into these complaints.
I am a Realtor and I have recommended Westland Designs to at least a dozen of my clients who need some landscaping work done with their properties. Whether it is for a photo shoot for a new listing or general yard maintenance, they are reliable and excellent at making the property look its best. Tan and his team are quick, precise and affordable. I have never had a bad experience using them and am always impressed with their results and the hard work that they put into each and every property.
Tan took away the money and never returned to job site. I have to sue him to the court in order to get the issue solved.
