The service is fine...when I receive my notice that a package is ready for pick up I go and pick it up at this location. There has always been someone there to help me. As for people who phone to see if their package is in - DON'T! Let the counter person do their job with people who are in there waiting for service.

Slowest customer service on the planet. Hire some younger staff CP.

I had a great experience , fast and quite satisfactory.

I visit this postal outlet at least once a week because I get all my parcels delivered there for safety reasons. Today, when I went, there was nobody at the counter, which is not supposed to be left unattended, and there was a sign that said they would be back at 2:35. When I left at 2:45 PM, there was a lineup of at least 10 people behind me, the clerk never showed up, and another employee of the store said that sometimes they just disappeared like this and didn’t come back for the day. This is unacceptable.
