Canada Post

During this is epidemic virus time, everybody take precautions and follow all rules or try to follow them and it is understood. I went to the post office today and followed their green arrows on the floor and noticed the post office lady was inside working facing the other way without seeing me. I excused her to let her know that I was there. She turned around and said, "Go Go Go Go the other way stand there". I backed up following her very unethical orders. She was not nice and did not show any of her customer service skills. I showed her the arrows were the other way around and that was why I did not follow that route and did tell her the way she talked to her customers was not nice and not ethical. I explained I know how to follow the instructions but the arrows were in wrong directions and asked her to tell her manager to change them without confusing the customers. She was arguing saying she was nice to me. I also raised my voice to explain how nice was her directions. Then, again when leaving the door, the arrow was incorrect. I asked the lady at the door, and she showed me the door talking unpleasant. I know that door and where to leave but it is not the case. When there are arrows we have to follow. The door lady should not simply show me the door but have to understand the the incorrect arrows and their directions are giving different directions to customers confusing them. The employees do not know how to talk to their customers at all.

Staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

I would rate -10 if I can🤬. I had asked the girl in the reception for a thousandth time that “PLEASE PUT A NOTE ON THE BOX THAT THERE IS BREAKABLE ITEMS INSIDE”. I try to walk away slowly to check if she is going to do but NO. And then I comeback pretend to comeback to ask about other thing, she still have not put anything on it. My friend just receive a birthday gift and the glass was broken😡. The cup might not be expensive, but it showed how irresponsible they are. I can not believe how terrible they treat your packages, noted that I have wrapped the cup with 3 layer of wrapping paper. Really disappointed. Not to mentioned they always deliver later then expected day which I have used to. The very last time I used this service!

Often my parcels are there, but no notification is sent. Are the not being scanned upon arrival? Also, the clerks are unable to stay focused on one client at a time. They do double the work by hand writing everything over onto paper, rather than just scanning for the information and getting or giving the parcel. Many other post offices are much more efficient. They can't even spell peoples names correctly from the shipping documents. May as well simply go back to holding packages alphabetically and skip the computer part.
