worst customer service. Over age employees that cannot work effeciently and are so rude. Always line-up due to slow ineffecient stuff member.

Wish I could give 0 stars. If anyone needs to see the worst customer service you guys should visit this canada post location and see this chinese guy hired by CP. He has to be the worst customer rep, so rude and harsh. I have been to this location atleast 5 times and every single time this guy made sure that he served all customers with exemplary worst service. I would never go back to this location again just because of him. All of my family experienced the same. This location is having great loss because of this guy.

Absolutely Horrible customer service. Staff is rude and very confrontational, but try to shame you for “arguing“ when you’re simply trying to ask a question. . I dealt with the same man twice. Won’t go back again.

Completely incompetent staff. lady couldn’t even send my package to the provided address. went to a different location afterwards and they sent it without issue.

This canada post is worst service ever. They should replace the people working there as they are absolutely useless. Its seems like there is woman who is absolutely terrible in customer service. i hope canada post replaces her.
