Simply not professional. I found Dale to be quite rude and short towards me. Sorry but that’s my first experience with this company and felt I needed to share to spare someone else the same unfortunate experience.

So - DC does the roof on our new house 7 years ago and suddenly there is a leak. Look at the warranty - very brief and easy to understand..... basically says they will take care of any workmanship based issues for 10 years. I call - Dale is there the next day. Finds a bird pecked through a flashing. Fixes it and refuses to accept payment. I am not sure how a bird pecking through a flashing is supposed to be their bad workmanship but he refused to let us pay him. Wow - what an amazing group! Thanks DC - wish I had more business to give you.

Eddy and his crew worked safely and left the jobsite clean at end of every workday. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail, the end result on our cedar roof is beautiful. Owner Dale is honest, sincere and straightforward. I would definitely hire DC Roofing again.

Dale is a very sweet, humble business man. He's on time and very knowledgeable. Wish I had found him sooner. I can always rest assured that he will take good care of me. Would call him back anytime. Highly recommend DC Roofing to anyone that needs roof work done.
