Dr. Jennifer gave a really thorough exam, and addressed my concerns in a way that was confident but not fear-mongering. Best vet experience I've had in Vancouver by far. They even sent a follow up text the next day! 100% would go again.

This was the first time my dog left a vet's office acting like he had just been pampered at the grooming salon. And that was after receiving 2 vaccines. Definitely recommend RAPS to pet owners. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor, everyone was very friendly and kept in contact before, during and after my little dog's care. I knew the protocols, the pricing and was kept informed throughout the exam and vaccines. That is not easy to do while following such strict protocols that keep everyone safe. RAPS seemed truly interested in my dog's wellbeing. And the pricing was very fair and affordable.

I wish I would’ve brought my fur baby to RAPS sooner. My first experience has been excellent. The staff are so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to all friends and family.
