Stay away. very unprofessional and irresponsible staff. Mr. Rafiq did not inform of an overnight stay and when contacted did not help. We were stranded for 19 hours at the airport for our connection. He just wanted our business....not going back. I am also going to BBB for this.

Totally irresponsible people. No service after sales. Don't take any responsibility. They tried to ripoff. Did not care about my very old parents. Did not inform us about the change in schedule and blamed the airline about that. My parents missed their flight and were stranded at the airport in the middle of their journey. When contacted them they asked for further half of the price of the ticket to re-issue the ticket. Finally resolved the issue myself on phone by directly contacting the airline without any payment. Stay away.
