My experience with this hospital so far has been nothing but care, patience, and kindness from their staff. Makes me feel at ease and feel like they truly are concerned about my pet's wellbeing. The front of line/front desk staff who answer their phones are great. They are the "face" of your business and I just want to say thank you.

Absolutely the best animal hospital I’ve visited. Honest, professional, and animal loving. My dog ate a small piece of chocolate. They immediately allowed me to bring my dog in. After they saw the tiny piece that my dog had consumed, they suggested not to induce vomiting which we originally planned for and to just monitor instead. They were also upfront with the cost. They even followed up the next day to check upon my dog, even though I did not pay them anything. Some animal hospitals like to play around with your fear and rip you off. Richmond Animal Hospital isn’t one of that. Highly recommended.

They take such good care of my animals. They groom my dog as well. Prices for grooming are very reasonable. Update: Initially, Dixie was reluctant to enter the vet clinic, however, lately she displays real enthusiasm when we arrive. I think she is just responding to the kind and caring staff at RAH. It's impossible to overstate how knowledgeable the vets and support staff are. Anytime I bring Dixie in, the doctor always follows up with a call to see how she is doing. This clinic has it all. I have her food delivered on auto order every month. I can book her appointments online as well. The clinic is clean and spacious. RAH is our vet, the very best in town, or out of town!

I love this vet. All the staff I've spoken with are so kind and very wonderful with our animals! We bring our pet rats here, and finding a vet who is good with and knowledgeable about them can be difficult, but we really lucked out with them.They have not one but two vets good with pocket pets! They're very responsive with calls and prescription refills and are usually able to get us appointments pretty quickly, even during these strange Covid-19 times. When one of our rats was very ill, Dr. Schaufele stayed on the phone with us for at least 20-30 minutes and took the time to research different treatments and offer assistance. Very grateful for them!

Have dealt with Dr Mike at Richmond Animal Hospital for several years. He and his staff are very compassionate and caring ..he is there for the care of the animals not to take money that doesn't need to be spent. I can honestly say they are a very honest n caring clinic.
