The business programs offer practical knowledge that you can use in the real world right away. Many of the 3rd & 4th year courses use the same textbooks as MBA courses at other universities, and nearly every class requires you to work with real businesses to solve real-world problems. Excellent profs, small hands-on classes, and great opportunities for those looking to jump start their career.

Kwantlen university is unethical, money driven organisation. I made the simplest mistake of adding a class thinking it is for the winter semester, dropped the very next day when I realised it is a class that has already started a month prior. Guess what, they are charging me full tuition, sent them emails that explains the situation, but they are tone deaf, they only care about money. I even explained to them that their decision to charge me $700+ will ruin my chances of going back to uni for the winter semester and that I am saving up every penny working as a housekeeper to be able to improve my life, this is their answer “Unfortunately, we cannot refund tuition fees to you, as course withdrawal does not refund tuition fees, according to our published Dates and Deadlines.” I am so disappointed at kwantlen, I will never have registered with them if I knew they only cared about money especially in this confusing time of the pandemic. I don’t recommend it to anybody
