Snowden Animal Hospital Cloverdale BC

We took our 16 yr old kitty to Snowden and although we didn't get the outcome we had hoped for, we were met with extreme compassion and care. Dr. Bedi was kind, knowledgeable and honest. All the staff were amazing and gentle with our precious girl and I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic. Thank you for your kindness and compassion during a very difficult time.

Our family just recently got a new family member! Neo, our baby kitten. We found Snowden clinic doing some search online and so happy we did!! The team is wonderful and very informative! We had a scare yesterday and rushed him there right before they closed. They took him in and did everything above and beyond!! We are so happy to have Snowden on our side to make sure our little guy is healthy!! Definitely in good hands at Snowden!

My dog was attacked on a walk by another dog roaming off leash, it was a holiday weekend and my regular vet was closed so I started researching other places that were open; after looking at several reviews online I decided on Snowden. I’m so grateful for them fitting me in last minute and taking a look at my dog right before they closed! A week later they fit me in again when my cat needed stitches! Series of bad luck for me in a short time but it was a relief to not end up paying through the roof like I have at some places. They were very reasonable, kind, and a pleasure to deal with.

Very bad experience, I took my 10 year old dog here, She was stage 5 mitral disease patient which I further learned from the emergency animal hospital that I took her to after this clinic. The Dr at this clinic told me after I spent $800 that one side of her heart is enlarged and that her kidney looks enlarged. Didn’t tell me anything about her going into conjunctive heart failure. My dog was in distress and breathing was very difficult. He gave her a sedative to calm her, did X-rays & blood tests and sent her home with me. I was called in to discuss that she needs more tests that would cost $1000 only then he can know what medications to prescribe. After the sedative wore off daisy was in a lot more distress, I called Snowden and was told to take her to an emergency hospital that he recommended and ask them to give her more sedative & then bring her back in the following day to do the tests, because they were closed when I called. It wasn’t until I took her to an animal emergency hospital ( not the recommended one) they quickly put her on oxygen to help her breathing & after they did X-rays they told me she is going into heart failure and she has fluid backing into her lungs. They knew exactly what was wrong with no mention of any further testing requirements. They also did not recommend me taking her home because she would need to stay on oxygen to be able to breathe without the distress. I felt like I was being scammed by Snowden clinic, not once did the Dr suggest that my dog needed oxygen to help her breathing, or that she was going into heart failure. He drew a diagram of kidney’s and told me about the tests that he wanted to do & that he would need a specialist to come in to preform the tests. I would never go back to a veterinarian clinic again. I do not recommend them. My dog daisy died on Remembrance Day.

Snowden Animal Hospital makes you feel like you are family when you first walk in. I brought my dog in and Dr. Bedi and the girls were extremely professional while still being kind, welcoming, and compassionate. You can tell that they truly care about the animals they work with .
