Intercity Animal Emergency Clinic

We have been bringing our 2.5 year old Malshipoo here since she was young. This clinic has been a life saver for the very few emergencies from allergic reactions to vaccines to burst anal gland. The staff is super kind and the doctor is super helpful and reassuring. They don’t pressure you into lots of unnecessary procedures or medication, they focus on what will help your pet feel more comfortable.

Although the staff is nice. I would not recommend coming here unless you had no choice as no other vets were available for me on the day my dog broke his leg. The overprice by a lot. I paid a little under $4000 for what they said was a slight fracture but still broken leg. My vet quoted me $1000-1500 but I had no choice to stick with Intercity as no where else was available. My friend came here as well as her puppy was in distress and they charged her $250 for medication, they provided her with medicine for 5 days. Her puppy was in distress again but went to her own vet and they only charged her $20.50 for the exact same medication and provided her with 7 days of medication.

The staff at Intercity are fantastic. My dog Kobi unfortunately passed away from cancer, but before he did, when we were trying to do everything to save him, the staff here were so incredibly caring and helpful. They took us in right away whenever he had an emergency health situation and immediately took care of him. Not only that, but when he was home, they often called to check in and were so empathetic and kind. My family and I appreciate all of the help we received. Thank you so much!

Brought my dog here for an emergency health issue (first-time patient). The staff are incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. My dog stayed overnight and the care and communications by multiple staff members were seamless. I called multiple times with questions and for updates and I never felt like an inconvenience. They care about the animals as much as you do. The facilities are also clean. Definitely recommend this clinic to other pet owners!

First time going here when we found out our new kitten had worms. They were very friendly and attentive. Went on a Saturday and the office called to check up on her on the following Wednesday, very impressed because I've never experienced a check up call from a vet before and this is our second cat. The appointment fee is only $10 to $15 dollars more than a regular vet but those aren't open on weekends. We will definitely use them again!
