Dr. Bassi is the BEST doctor ever. First of all, we got our first pet, Romeo, a dachshund and we went to City Petcare. They gave us the best puppy package ever. It included all the important things we needed for the next few months to get used to him. There was a bag of food, vaccines, a leash, along with many other important items. Secondly, the staff is amazing. They are always friendly and remember Romeo. They also promptly answer any questions we have. Thirdly, the most important factor: Romeo's face suddenly started swelling up and it was a weekend. We called Mr. Bassi and explained the situation. Even though the clinic is closed on weekends, Mr. Bassi was there to feed his cat and said he would see Romeo. He gave him 2 shots and Romeo was good to go. Without Mr. Bassi's generosity, we would have had to drive all the way to Whiterock to see a Veterinarian. Overall, I think City Petcare is the best place to take care of our furry animal, Romeo. Thank you to Dr. Bassi and the wonderful staff.

I've been bringing my dog to City Petcare Hospital for a few years and I couldn't be happier with their service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always put me and my pet at ease.

Just a few weeks ago we took our dog to city petcare for the first time. After a thorough checkup it was determined that our baby was going to need surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. We were sick with worry but 2 weeks later we had the stitches removed and were told the test results showed it was successful. We are so very grateful to everyone at City Petcare Hospital!

We have two dogs in our household. This vet has been very accommodating, kind and polite. Extremely good with the animals.
