Little Paws Animal Clinic

We ended up at Little Paws Animal Clinic, even though we don't live in Richmond, because they treat small rodents and our hamster had a badly infected eye that needed surgery. Our several visits to the clinic have been extremely positive; Dr. Adam and staff are caring and professional. They took excellent care of our little hamster! Despite the longer drive, I will be booking future appointments for our other pets with Dr Adam.

Recently, our pet cat fell ill to unknown causes and was taken to, Little Paws Clinic for evaluation and treatment. After many tests, consultations, surgery and a lengthy recuperation period, our beloved pet was returned to his former self. The whole experience took its toll, not only on the patient, but guardians as well. Today, we are delighted to report that the patient has made a full recovery and has returned to his self appointed duty as master of the house. Dr. Adam and staff of able professionals did what they do best and It gives us the greatest of pleasure to be able to say thank you for enabling our pet's full recovery, particularly during this time of pandemic difficulty.

I took my three cats to Little Paws Animal Clinic and the customer service is outstanding! Employees there take time to explain the situation regarding my pet's health compared to nearby animal clinics and their prices are affordable! In conclusion, I highly recommend Little Paws Animal Clinic for their professional staff members.

You know there are issues when you start seeing coworkers leaving reviews at the business that they work at. Dr. Martinez was a great vet, we are sad to see him gone. We won't be bringing our pet(s) back.

We took our 8 week old puppy, Halley, to Dr. Adam for a wellness check after we brought her home from Calgary. This was just before everything closed down due to COVID so we were able to go in with her. Dr. Adam was friendly and professional. He was upfront about all the shots and frequency of visits she would need as a puppy. Halley is now just over 6 months old and she went in for her spay surgery. The nurses and vet techs are also friendly. They’re always great at explaining things and checking up on Halley the next day or two after a shot. They’re not cheap but I would say it’s also comparable to other similar clinics and hospitals. We also like that they are open on Saturdays and Sundays which is great for my husband and I, who are both working professionals.
