Is everyone who works in a federal government capacity as miserable and lacking customer service as this Canada Post location? They have recently had a change over in staff but unfortunately the supervisor/manager who works at this location is still there and she seems to be the one lacking the most customer service skills. You can tell who she is right away due to her overall demeanor and fear of smiling. Amidst a pandemic, its understandable that online buying would surge but this location is completely unprepared and understaffed, yet they are closing an hour early every day and running on inconsistent hours so the public has no idea when they can even pick up mail. Surely there is a more professional, efficient way to operate under these circumstances. Do not rely on their online hours displayed through google and all the luck to anyone trying to get their mail in a timely fashion. Hopefully this pandemic ends soon and we can go back to some sense of mediocre customer service again.

I go here a lot, and have only ever had a positive experience! Keep up the great work.

Almost every time I have gone in for simple item pickup/mailing (nothing confusing, not asking anything special) the customer service has been so terrible! Unpleasant, rude, not helpful, no smile. I have had two men serve me who have been very nice. Ladies, take some tips! Or don’t work in the service industry.

All the staff provide respectful, diligent service despite staffing shortages. It's a pleasure to go and visit there each and every time.
