In ~80% of my interactions with Bandstra staff, they have been rude and difficult to deal with. I ship 1x 1000-2000lb pallets every 2-3 months. Prebuilt pallets, easily forked into my truck. I am made to feel like a hassle and annoyance. I avoid using them wherever possible.

I use Bandstra daily for my business. They are absolute superstars. They've helped me out of so many rough scenarios, and take initiative to ensure our needs are surpassed. There are never complaints from site on damaged or late goods, and the service team is really on the ball when I have questions for them. I would highly recommend them.

Good fast service, and very competitive rates

If you're female do not waste your time applying,I have a class one and they wouldn't even accept my resume for a class 5 job.Hopefully their attitudes will change sometime in the future
