Car Wash

March 27: Stopped by around 14:00 and while waiting in line my pager (first responder) went off. So, I took off and returned after work at 18:56. And again, I had to wait in line. At 19:02, a young dude comes out of the building and says “sorry, we are closed.” I understand every business operates differently but at my previous job, customer service/satisfaction was our priority, and as long as customers were in line by closing time they would be assisted. I feel that is a great standard to have!
