Very frustrated - have a text confirmation of a flu shot at this pharmacy... booked 19 days ago. Showed up at time/date as shown in text confirmation, followed the nice stickers on the floor as text confirmation requested, and was told very casually that they have no flu shots. They blame Interior Health. So, I called IH and they say can only get at pharmacies. Technology is often great, but in this case a large company has failed epically in failing to communicate cancellations. Hate to offer 1-star reviews, but there was no option for zero stars.

I love going into the west kelowna rexall, some guy named rory helped me find everything I was looking for. He was super patient and had a smile on his face! I will definitely keep returning to shop here :)

This pharmacy is the best EVER. They do see a high customer volume so they are ALWAYS very conscious of people's valuable time and consistently work to get lineups moved quickly and prescriptions done early. Both pharmacists are extremely knowledgable and being there are usually just the 2 of them, they are completely dedicated. If you want quick, reliable and personal service, every time, this is the place. I consistently see people thanking the pharmacists both by name proving they have developed customer relationships with many many people as they always respond or speak back to the customers by name as well. These guys have gone out of their way to help me multiple times - whether it was to better my understanding of my medications or to call me with reminders or even the store hours once when they knew I needed a prescription before close that day. These 2 genuinely care about their customers and their job's responsibilities and full spectrum of duties. Thank you Mohammed and Sajad for all you do, you are more appreciated than you know!!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever from the pharmacist. I have been back for the second time with my girlfriend after going back and forth to the doctor. Pharmacist is very rude, won't let you talk. Would recommend visiting any other pharmacy. The only upside to this pharmacy is the drive-thru.

I do not recommend giving this company your business. I was treated very poorly by the pharmacist who's first name is Muhammed. He was impatient with me after accidentally giving him the wrong medical card, refused my new one and demand I pay out of pocket because I "wasted his time." No matter the situation, you don't treat people this way, especially when you want their business. I am very disappointed.
