Consistently disappointed. I've brought my son here 3 times over the last couple of years, and myself as well, and every time my son has been disappointed with his hair cut, and one of the ladies was actually pretty unpleasant to us and my son while figuring out what he wanted done. Once when I was getting a haircut the hairstylist even left me in the chair and just disappeared for 10 minutes... I thought maybe she was done so I got up and paid. She came out super apologetic, but I wasn't super thrilled and felt anxious. I figured I would give them one more shot and booked both of us in online for haircuts. They cancelled it via email, no call, nothing. When I called I was told they aren't accepting bookings online at the time....well then make it clear for people! She didn't offer another time that we could book in or anything.... Won't be going back.

Very VERY poor service. My first time ever going to this salon and when I told the lady what I wanted and what my hair goal was she sneered and asked me why I would do something like that. It made me feel incredibly embarrassed and is making me doubt my decision on what I'm wanting done. Once leaving the salon I took a better look at my hair and nothing is even and she didn't even do what I asked for. When inquiring about the products they sell at the front, instead of upselling the products the lady said that it would make my hair super oily and I shouldn't buy it. She didn't give me any other suggestions on products that would help with my needs. Overall super dissatisfied and I don't think I will be back to any first choice salons.
