New Image Salon and Day Spa

I loved my experience at New Image Salon! I always wanted blonde balayage and I have gone to other salons and been disappointed with what I received. Melissa was my stylist and she DELIVERED. Not only did I walk away with exactly what I wanted, but she also respected my input while also giving her professional opinion. When at first it didn't look like what I had thought, she said "No, we're gonna fix this and give you what you want." WOW! Never had a stylist respect my wishes that much before. The salon itself is beautiful and the staff are so supportive of one another and also really want the customers to feel comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

I just feel like I was robbed. Told that a specific service would cost cheap. But nope, I was wrong. The amount I was told was apparently on top of haircut/shampoo-style. However, I did not get a haircut. I got a blow dry that did not even take 15 mins. I just wish she clearly stated the amount when I asked. I did not want to be rude when I was paying, so I didn’t complain and I even gave her a tip. But I asked my colleagues and friends and they told me that it was ridiculous and I got played. I don’t mind paying for something if it was worth it but seriously, paid $75 & is a bit much for service I got.

Kennedy works pure magic! A friend who had a gorgeous natural balayage done by Sydney recommended New Image, so I went in to see her sister Kennedy who is a master stylist. She transformed my hair from an overgrown rat's nest to the glowing melty balayage of my dreams. She was completely attentive to my vision, and throughout the cut she went gradual and checked-in with me all the time. She's mega talented at what she does, and I was floored with my hair. It was seriously better than the pinterest images I brought in as reference. Best haircut experience, periodt.

Lisa is experienced and listens and down to earth, interesting convos and the whole salon is friendly, love these ladies so much, can’t say enough of the head massages either!

Beautiful salon, reasonable prices and amazing products! Rachel is a rock star!!!
