I guess I should start by saying, im happly with the service i received from the woman who did my nails. Im just not happy with how they conducted their service.. when I came in I was told to pick a colour and sit down, and I did . Then I was asked to go sit at a station and start having my nails done. I wasn't told who was doing my nails and at no point did they tell me their name. However, I did have a good conversation with the woman who did my nails. She did a really good job and I have no complaints about the actual nails. Where my issue lies, is how they conducted their business. When I was finished and was ready to pay I went to the front desk and told them that I had acrylic nails done and not Gel nails. However on their menu it only lists gel nails. At first they told me the nails were going to cost $60 which is what the gel nails are listed for, then I told them I didn't have gel nails I had acrylic because that's what the woman suggested. They told me the acrylic was going to cost $55 which was fine because I had a gift certificate for $75. Then the gentleman went back to the back room and spoke with the worker and came back and immediately said that because I asked for "coffin" nails that it was going to be five dollars more and because my nails were "long" that it was gonna cost another five dollars. I told him I was OK with that because whatever was left over from my gift certificate I wanted to leave to the woman who did my nails. What I was confused about was how when I asked for gel nails they looked at me confused like they don't have them and then gave me acrylic instead when the only thing on their menu is gel nails and there's no acrylic listed. No prices. No extras. No long length extras. So when I finished I gave them my $75 in gift certificate and hopefully whatever was left over made it to the woman who did my nails. She was lovely she listened and she did a good job. I just wish the company would actually list what they charge instead of waiting until you're paying and then just coming up with random charges. As you can see from my photos none of my nails are "long" and deserve extra money considering how long some girls get their nails these days. To me this length seems average. In fact it was not as long as I normally get. And I've never been charged extra for the length of my nail only for the extra detail. Simply, I won't be back. And not because of the woman who did my nails, but because of the way that they conduct their business. Don't add extra things at the end just to make an extra buck because it makes the whole nail industry look bad.

My girls & I go here all the time for pedicures... we love this place! Friendly staff, massage chairs, foot massage and a complimentary glass of wine.

I don't ever write or read reviews, but I am so disappointed in their quality and service of this nail salon that I had to say something. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, it is a waste of your money. It has been exactly 6 days as of today when I got my nails and feet done $75+tax+tip. The overall experience was poor and was asked to turn off the massage chair after less than 5 minutes of use, I still don't know why. I have attached pictures of how my nails look after 6 days, extremely disappointing and I never get my nails done, so I wanted to treat myself after this whole COVID-19 stuff, and again, a complete waste of money! Save your money and find another nail salon!!
