I have been a long time customer Sensei Laser. They are extremely welcoming and professional. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family. In regards to the comment below, I also supply their phone systems and as of recent they have had issues with the system in the past and the manager was desperately trying to fix this issue. Unfortunately it was out of their control. They always provided me exceptional service. I would strongly recommend booking an appointment.

Had a very surreal experience here yesterday. Arrived at the clinic, had not been given any Covid-related instructions before the appointment and the panicked-looking receptionist told me to go sit in my car. She would come and get me when it was time for my appointment. Stated that she couldn't call me because her phones 'weren't working' - although she WAS on the phone at the time. Waited in my car for FORTY MINUTES. I would have just left but had given them my cc when I made the appointment and had been informed that there was a 60 dollar charge if I didn't attend the appointment which was just a consultation. After 40 minutes I went back into the clinic and the receptionist informed me that she couldn't deal with me because she was on the phone. I told her I was cancelling the appointment and would dispute any charge to my card. PRO TIPS: We've been living with Covid since MARCH so no reason to treat your clients like Typhoid Mary. Plenty of room in the clinic to seat people separately, or ask them to wear masks rather than order them to wait in their cars. Clients standing in front of you are just as important as clients you are speaking to on the phone. Very weird place and the receptionist legit looked like she was negotiating a hostage release on the phone. Horrible experience, will not return.

In my opinion, this is the best place for filler and Botox. She’s absolutely amazing. This is the 2nd time I’ve had it, and both times I had no bruising! She takes her time, and she definitely doesn’t make you look like one of those bad photos you see on FB! Pricing is fair based on her knowledge and professionalism. She makes you feel calm and relaxed while the procedure is being performed. I’m a big wimp, so it’s a must for me, haha. Fontal Madison
