Fast, friendly and efficient service! I was very happy with how my brows looked after waxing, given such quick service. Very affordable pricing, too. The spa area for waxing services could be improved, aesthetically, however, as you're taken into a cramped back room.

I've been a client over the past few years. Kevin and V are very professional and incredibly talented and their work is above and beyond what many other tech's/salons offer. I'm very disappointed to read the terrible fake reviews left by people who can't comprehend that an established business owner who has been in a location for years has attempted to take steps to secure his livelihood and client's peace of mind. The space above the salon is not zoned for the kind of business that moved in; the people who left fake reviews and horrid accusations should be ashamed. This is a top-notch salon with competitive pricing. I highly recommend Elegant Nails.

(Not a fake review, I’m just non confrontational so I didn’t want to post about it until now). Got my nails done here for a wedding I was attending a few months ago. Asked for pink and silver on the ring finger in each hand. Kevin left in the middle of doing my nails for over 30 minutes, I assume told his staff to continue my nails, no one did anything and instead tended to the walk ins that came after me. (I booked an appointment). I sat there for 30 minutes with untrimmed tips glued to my fingers being ignored by every member of staff, because I didn’t want to make a fuss I didn’t say anything and just waited. Kevin eventually returned, I was going to get my toe nails painted too but I had already been there for a long time and couldn’t be bothered at this point. I wanted to get the silver on one finger but couldn’t be bothered to explain what I wanted as they were too busy and rushing through my nails. At the end of it, I was offered $5 off for a service that lasted way longer then it was supposed to, and crooked, lifting nails. Not only that, but my mother runs the school for SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN upstairs and countless times he has banged on the ceiling of his nail salon to “silence the children.” Thank you for months of harrassment Kevin, Class of West K is moving. I hope you find peace knowing you bullied special needs children and their teachers out of the building.

Wonderful nail salon. Ken and his staff really care about bringing you the best service. Also, their products are environmentally friendly. I had a great experience and I will be making this my regular salon.
