Called and spoke with a staff member to cancel membership as Covid became a thing last year. Was told I was good to go and wished well- only to see payments resume and I’ve been charged for last 6 months. Called to rectify and was told I need to give them another 30 days notice, make another payment and no credit or any attempt to right the problem that was made by their staff member last year. I didn’t even ask for my money back from the 6 months of payments they snuck, just didn’t want them to take more money and suggested a credit for when covid is over and I come back. But they are proceeding to take another month and aren’t willing to do anything. It’s not how you fall but how you get back up. It would have been really easy to make me happy and make sure I came back when this is all over.. but you were too short sighted.

I moved out of town. Cancelled my membership and they have continued to charge me for the last 7 months (minus a couple because of covid). I’ve contacted them and they said that I never cancelled but I know 100% I did. They said they would cancel it now & I still got charged this month. No one emails back. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend this place.

Been to a few facilities around, friendliest staff and best atmosphere.

Not what it used to be. I can't support a business who doesn't treat their employees right or pays them what they're worth.

5 stars for the Facility, new management however is a joke.
