Fantastic facility! The gym is very clean. The space, including change rooms, are well designed with plenty of room to move. The coaches are friendly and precise. Will return whenever I’m in the area.

I am grateful to the forces that pulled me to the Bodyshop! I have been learning and working out now with my fantastic trainer (TROY!!) for just under a month and I can SEE results already! I am 50 - it's just never too late! I surprise myself each and every workout! Everyone there is so motivating, so friendly and just a really great group of people who care! I HIGHLY recommend dropping in to see what they are all about!

I can say without a doubt that this is the best away from home box I’ve ever been too. The space is huge, the equipment is well kept and organized, the coaches are friendly and helpful and the community feel is very welcoming. Thank you for an awesome 2 days....even though day 1 was Murph haha. I appreciate the welcoming community you have and have built, it was awesome to see. Can’t wait to come back to this place while vacationing.

Ryan is amazing. He’s a wonderful personal trainer. We’re looking forward to entering group classes.
