We used Points West for our move in May 2017. We packed the boxes...they wrapped and moved all the furniture, including a grand piano, and all the boxes. We were happy that they took care of our things and set it all up in our new house. There were a few issues but everything was resolved satisfactorily. Easiest move to date.

First of all this is not there location. Second a bunch of my boxes where not placed in the correct location as marked on the box. I had broken items thrown to the side and was not informed about it. Finally, I sent an email to them outlining my issues with my move and have not heard back from them.
