Packrat Movers

December 5,2020 We were very happy with the young men that arrived on time, got right to work. Caleb,Marcus, Nate listen to what we needed and asked where items went that weren’t marked very pleased with them. I was upset with the office for not explaining there was a travel time because we thought we had booked with Penticton office which was a unexpected expense. I would use these 3 men again just ask more questions about expense.

I am impressed by the quality of service from this moving company. They are amazing. They are professional, efficient, friendly and fair in their pricing. These guys work hard! If only all moving companies were like this one. I would recommend them to my friends and family!!

I've used Rat Pack movers a total of 3 times. First 2 experiences were quick and efficient. This last move took a total of 5.25 hours...to move a one bedroom upper level of a house..no boxes, no appliances..simple. one tv, one couch , one bunk bed..couple tables, chairs. When they arrived they told me dispatch said it was only boxes..I had to leave a desk at the house cause they couldn't get it through a door and thry had zero initiative to dissemble it. I made a joke that my 13 yr old would do it. I literally let the movers park on my front lawn to have easy access to the front door. I had a few heavy items to be placed in my garage out back..they left weights, bench press, 50 pound cast iron gates..in the middle of my carport. A 80 pound peg board was left in my living room ( after asking twice to move it). I have patio furniture in my bedroom..I paid good money $680 for the help. I have over 15 heavy items to now move myself..my partners in a wheel chair, I have a torn meniscus and a pulled shoulder. The guys were so nice.but.after the 5 hour mark I thought..they gots to go..I'm no charity. So disappointed..I literally cant park in my carport..weight bench with all the weights..grrr Total waste of my money now I need to hire another company to finish there job.. I will repeat 5.25 for a one bedroom..no appliances and no boxes..so unfair.

I want to quickly start off by saying, please don’t be discouraged by the few negative reviews. Like any company, there is bound to be a few bad apples from time to time. I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience but you shouldn’t be so spiteful as to say none of them deserve any work. Were you expecting guys in suits and ties to show up? Very sad to see you judging based off physical appearance, now I see why you had such a negative experience, it was you! The 2 guys we had were awesome and deserve every positive review they get! Nick and Tristan showed up right on time, seemed to genuinely be in a good mood, introduced themselves and got right on task. We did a quick walk around of the items to be moved and that was that. They brought all their own wrap, blankets etc. and did a nice job of ensuring all good furniture was 100% covered. They arranged items in the truck very carefully to avoid any damage. We helped unload and I saw how they organized everything, they definitely take pride in their work. Highly recommend Packrat Movers, and suggest you request Nick and his crew if you can! Awesome job fellas!

I simply cannot recommend these individuals and company enough. Great energy, organized, on time, trustworthy, cautious, caring, careful, from start to finish, a truly pleasant experience. Some of the hardest workers I've met. If you want things done right, you dont even have to ask or overlook their process as its done the only way it should be. Perfect. Moving is hard enough and these guys really made a difference. Thank You!!
